Sizing
Our shirts are athletic fit, which tend to be just a little tighter fitting than typical, low quality t-shirts. If you are between sizes or prefer a more relaxed fit, make sure to order a size up. If this is your first order with Buff-a-logo or you are unfamiliar with athletic fit t-shirts, we highly recommend ordering a size up. Machine wash on cold water only, do not bleach, and do not iron. Hang dry or tumble dry on low heat to prevent any potential shrinkage.
Color
All Buff-a-logo shirts are printed with water-based and/or discharge ink. Due to our specialized printing processes, the color of the designs can (rarely) vary from shirt to shirt. Discharge printing is a specialized technique utilized on garments that actually removes the dye in the shirt during the printing process. It is important to be aware that some color fabrics discharge better than others – therefore some designs might seem more subdued or muted. This unique process gives Buff-a-logo shirts their signature look. Please be aware that the design might look darker when it is wet.
Shipping
We currently only ship to the United States. All Buff-a-logo products ship directly from us, and are usually processed and shipped within 24 hours. Most orders arrive within 3-5 days, but please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
All Buff-a-logo products in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged, within 15 days of their purchase date. At this time, only orders within the U.S. are eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to be processed. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unworn with no damage, deodorant marks or scent/odor. After inspection, all approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. The item(s) are refunded for their original purchase price (less shipping costs). Please allow 3-5 business days for exchanges to be inspected, processed, and shipped back out. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or a shipping error in which a refund of the shipping charges will be provided after examination of the product. In the event that you received the incorrect product or size, all refunds/exchanges are processed and sent out with no additional shipping costs to you.

Buff-a-logo accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We utilize the latest 256-bit SSL technology – the same level of security used by banks – to help ensure that the all information transmitted to us online is secure.
Legally, we are required to collect 8.875% sales tax for all orders shipped within the state of New York. Sales tax is not collected on any out-of-state orders.
Customs
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The customer is responsible for these fees.
Promo Codes
If you have a promotional code/coupon, simply enter the code when prompted during your checkout process. Your total will adjust automatically. Please be aware that not all products are eligible for discount.
Pre-Orders & Fundraisers
All pre-order and fundraiser sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. If your pre-order purchase contains additional products, it’s possible that your order might not ship until the pre-order is complete. Please be aware that pre-order and fundraiser products may not be eligible for discount.
